This building was built in 1967 for Control Data and owned by the Oxford Investment Co. Control Data manufactured ferrite memory cores at the site in 1971. Robert Thursas was the manager (95 employees).
In 1988 it was owned by Imprimis Technology Inc. In 1995 it was purchased by Almanar Inc.
