5201 WAYZATA BLVD.

From 1965 to about 1980, this was the address of the Lincoln Del West.  Although we have no photographs, the architect was Ed Baker.  Morris Berenberg held the liquor license.  The building was enlarged in 1966.  It was owned by the 112 Corporation, which was owned by Dale Morton.  The only evidence we have of it is a sketch in an ad for a different building.

The building was taken in the 1980s when Highway 394 was built.
