Edward J. Vraalstad served as Mayor of St.
Louis Park from 1916 to 1917. He was born on October
10, 1857 in Holden, Minnesota. In 1910 he lived in
Buffalo, New York with his wife Martha and daughter Alice D.
Vraalstad (age 4). His occupation was a machine
designer for an agriculture threshing works. By 1920
he was living on Jackson Street (now Alabama) in St. Louis
Park with Martha, Ira M. Vraalstad (age 25), Alice (age 13),
and Joyce A. (age 8). In 1930, Martha is listed as the
head of the household, indicating that Edward died some time
in the 1920s. |
