PATCHIN APPRAISALS

Patchin Appraisals was owned by George “Joe” L. Patchin, George L. Patchin, Jr., President., and Peter J. Patchin, Vice President. In 1970 the company did appraisals on industrial, commercial, and institutional properties. They also did installation of property record systems.

Peter J. Patchin founded Peter J. Patchin Associates, Inc. in March 1981.  He retired in 2000 but is still of counsel to the firm of Patchin Messner and Dodd, located in Burnsville.
