8105 MINNETONKA BLVD.

Although the City says that this building was built in 1961 as a laundry, there may have been a previous building owned by Adolph Fine in 1952.

Also, in 1959, the assessor's files show that a Golden Point drive-in restaurant was constructed at a cost of $20,000.  There is a spectacular picture in the file, but it is unclear whether this was actually built or the picture was just a prototype- guidance would be appreciated.

Permit records show that Texa Tonka Eagle Wash laundromat was built in 1961 for $45,000, owned by Frank Warner. It originally also had a dry cleaning service, which was moved in 1967. In 1990 a heating oil storage tank was removed. In 1999 it was sold to David S. Colehour.
