A.T. Masters served as Mayor (President
of the Village Council) from 1897 to 1899 and again from
1901 to 1904. A state census taken in 1895 indicates
that he was born in Illinois in May 1868 and lived in St.
Louis Park at the time of the 1895 census. The 1900
census also found him in St. Louis Park; in that year he was
married to wife Helen. His parents were born in
Germany. His occupation was given as carriage painter. |
