LOUIS M. LARSON

Louis M. Larson served as Mayor of St. Louis Park from 1910 to 1912.  The 1900 census indicates that he was born in 1873 or '74 in Denmark.  His occupation is given as dairyman.  He lived in Minneapolis with his wife Julia, son Everette (1 mo.) and brother Theodore.  The 1910 census tells us that he came to the U.S. in 1880.  His children at that time are listed as Russell (age 8), Leslie I. (age 6), and Evelyn M. (age 4).  In 1910 the family lived in St. Louis Park and he worked as a farmer.  Julia died in 1915.  In 1920, Louis was married to Christine, and they had two additional children, Laverne A.M. (age 3) and Lucille C. (age 1).
