This building was built in 1947 by Harry L. Milburg of the Milburg Company. In 1964 it manufactured 60 items of wardrobe equipment and serving equipment and had 10 employees. It is still listed in the directory as Milburg Co. today, owned by Ruth G. Sandstrom.
