 HIGHWAY 7 at WOODDALE

This section is difficult because it's unclear which address goes to which piece of real estate; here's our stab at it.  Any assistance is appreciated:  please contact us

6007 Highway 7 was a service station:

1952:  (Herman J./Al) Johnson's Auto Service/Park-Hy Auto Service
1960:  Harry Halvorson's Pure Oil/Goodyear outlet
1970:  Harry's Union 76
1975:  Elmer N. Olson Co.
1989:  Auto Technology

This was also the site of the Park Bus Company, whose address was on Wooddale.  The buildings were demolished in 2006.

This undated picture shows when it was also a Ford dealership:

1960

6015 Highway 7 was built in either 1930 or 1939 (or both) as the Leslie Appliance Store. From 1960 to about 1981 it was Park Jeep, owned by Robert B. Dworsky. The building's last iteration before it was demolished in 2006 was a Pine Furniture store.

2006

6033 Highway 7 pops up in 1956 as the H&H Cafe.

6039 Highway 7 was built as a separate building by John Leslie in 1945.  Its last tenant was Carpet King, owned by William A. Garrison.  It was also demolished in 2006.
