KLEVE J. FLAKNE

Kleve Julian. Flakne served as Mayor of St. Louis Park from 1932 to 1933.  His World War I draft registration card indicates that he was born on September 25, 1898 and lived in Minneapolis in 1917-18.  The 1920 Federal Census shows that he was a Marine stationed in the Dominican Republic.  By 1930 he was living in St. Louis Park with his wife Jem and son Robert, age 4.  His occupation is listed as attorney.  The Minnesota Death Index shows that he died in Hennepin County on October 9, 1960.
