4510-12 EXCELSIOR BLVD.

The building at 4510-12 Excelsior Blvd. was built in 1950. Occupants included:
 

1952: Johnson Bros. SLP Plumbing

1958: Sonotone of SLP - Adams Bros.

1964: Magnachrome Film Lab

1969: Simeon Stoilov (upstairs 1969-83, then downstairs until sold in 2001)

It was the last building sold to make way for Excelsior and Grand.
