This building was built as a Texaco station in 1950 by John Beyman for $20,000. It opened as Park Texaco, run by Phil Pedneau, on October 6-7, 1950. V.R. Rooney had something to do with a store in the building.

By 1952 it was Daly’s Mobil Service Station, run by John I. Daly.

In 1954 it was Carpeter’s Texaco.

From about 1959 to 1972, Greg Tidholm ran the Texaco station.

It was sold for $39,000 in 1973, and demolished on June 29, 1976. It is now the parking lot for the Lang-Nelson building.
