This structure is no more, but it was probably built in 1950 by John Beyman for $20,000.  At that time it was called Park Texaco, and the owner at one point was identified as James L. Benyon of Texas.

In 1952 it was (John I.) Daly's Texaco Service Station.

In 1954 it was Carpenter's Texaco.

It was sold for $39,000 in 1958 and from about 1959 to 1970 it was the Greg Tidholm Texaco Service Station.

In 1971 it was identified as the Rayvic Co.

It was sold in 1973 and demolished in June 1976.

It is now the parking lot for the Rooney/Lang-Nelson Building at 4601 Excelsior.
