This property has had many lives.  The first building was apparently a house that was turned into a couple of interesting uses:

1945:  Norma Kadechka - combination residence and business

1947:  Drive-in Juice Bar plans/complaints/materialize?
1950-54:  Norman Grossman, Suburban Chevrolet used cars





In 1956, a new building was built; an incomplete list:

1964:  Star and Tribune warehouse
1965:  City of St. Louis Park (3894 Lynn)
1957-70:  G&K Cleaners
1981-2007:  S&D Cleaners
