6919 WAYZATA BLVD.

Andy Brown started his pool service business out of his home in South Minneapolis in 1959.  In 1969 he bought land on Wayzata Blvd. for $15,000 and built his store, after having to dig 22 feet of peat out of the front.  He and his family have worked at the business ever since, with a front row seat to the changes that Highway 394 has undergone.
