This house was built in 1920. The following year the owner/builder built the house next door at 3770 Brunswick. At that time, 3764 was purchased by the Brown family, one of the oldest and best known families in the early days of the Park. The Browns owned the home for many years.
The house has been considerably updated since 2000 but the interior remains true to its 1920 features.
